I can't find my AC Filter

Dear FIT,

I just recently bought a 2300sf home and the heating a cooling unit was replaced less than two years prior to my purchase. I know this sounds strange, but for the life of me, I cannot figure out where the filter to my furnace is. I know it needs changed. The unit runs constantly. My gas bill is sky high and hardly any air is blowing out of my floor vents. The house I just sold, the filters were in the hallway, two of them, but not the case here. I have also looked right above the unit in the garage, but no filter to be found. The unit is a Lennox high-efficiency. I am stressed out. I need help.

Usein E-CAP on Radon vent pipe

Dear FIT   
Q: I was wondering if you could tell me if the ECAP has been used in conjunction with Radon exhaust ystems.
At present, I have an open pipe extending vertically off the exhaust fan and would like to put a cap on the pipe.
My concerns are - air flow restriction and possible noise issues.while I'm at it, I need to cap a couple other pipes on the roof as well (4 total - 1 radon, 2 fan exhausts, and 1 sewer). To your knowledge, would placing this on the sewer line PVC pipe coming off the roof cause any air flow issues. Thanks look forward to your responses!
